About Niviuk UK
Who are we? Where are we based?
Niviuk are now very well established in over 32 countries throughout the world and the responsibility for the UK market has been given to us at Niviuk UK. We are based in Lancashire and are currently developing a dealer network. Including the "Sick and Wrong" in Keswick.
We liaise closely with the Niviuk management team and with their full support our objectives are now set. These objectives are to simply provide a friendly, focused and efficient service to all our customers.
We plan to travel across the UK's flying sites armed with a fleet of demo gliders for you to try, keep an eye on these pages and subscribe to the newletter to keep briefed of when we come to you. See you on the hill!

Barney Woodhead
Barney comes from the climbing background and has been interested in extereme sports for over two decades. He is out on most flyable days either in the Lake District, Wales or the Peaks, on an XC mission or a bit of low level acro on his Artik. With a degree in Physics, Barney always looks closely at the weather and has a gift for choosing the right hill to be on. You'll see him out on most flyable days. Barney flies a Peak ( Vampire ). He is easy going and happy to talk about anything to do with flying with anybody. Barney's IcePeak 5 is on its way from Niviuk for 2011 !

Phil Colbert
From a kite surfing background, Phil's as home in the air as on the water. He is Pilot Rated and a club coach for the Pennine Club.
After numerous 100k XC flights last year not only in the UK but notably in the Caribbean he is looking forward to the XC league this year and the PEAK 2 !
Phil flies a Peak 2 ( Crow )
Phil holds several site records and holds the UK record for the number of 100km flights in one year. (7)
